1. We call you the day before to set you up for the appointment.
2. On the day of your appointment you will be met by one of our agents who will guide you through each step of the process. Our agent will be by your side the entire time you are at the centre.
3. If you have additional documents to submit whilst at the centre our staff member will manage this stage on your behalf with the Sopra Steria staff.

Biometric Appointment In-person Assistance Eligibility Criteria
This service is for people who intend to attend a biometric appointment to renew their UK visa within the London area, i.e. attend a biometric appointment within one of the official 33 Local Authority areas in London.
You can use this service in conjunction with any other immigration advice or assistance service.
You can book this service up to 24 hours before your biometric appointment at the UKVCAS service centre. If your UKVCAS biometric appointment is tomorrow, you must book your Biometric Appointment In-person Assistance service before noon today.

The price is a flat fee to assistance you and all members of your party at your biometric appointment, it is not a fee per person.

If you are using an immigration adviser or lawyer they may have done this for you. You can book the biometric appointment In-person Assistance service at any time up to 1 working day before your UKVCAS biometric appointment.
Please make your booking with at least 1 working day before your appointment.
The agent meeting you will give you a call the day before your appointment. They will advise you on the best place to meet on the day. Please save your agent’s mobile number from this call in case you need to contact them on the day of the appointment.
This depends on what application documents have been uploaded to the UKVCAS website.
As a minimum you will be required to bring the passport and BRP (biometric residence permit) for each person attending the appointment. If you are using a legal advisor please be in communication with them as to what documents you need to bring on the day.
