Detailed UK visa application centre re-opening information

UKVI uses three commercial partners around the world who operate visa application centres:

  • Sopra Steria: UK
  • TLScontact: Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Russia/ Central Asia
  • VFS Global: Americas, Asia, Australasia, India Subcontinent, the Middle East

Each commercial partner is working with UKVI to determine where and when it’s safe to resume operations. Visa application centres will therefore open in a phased manner – which will be subject to change if circumstances require – and not all visa application centres within a given country will open all at once
